Conductor50 AWG - 14 AWG solid or stranded, solid magnet wire or Litz cable magnet wire, R/C (OBMW2), magnet wire. AWG size to be determined by the Resistance Test per UL 1581.
InsulationExtruded PFA, 15 mils min average, 13 mils minimum at any point.
AssemblyEach single magnet wire strand is cabled together with other magnet wire strands to form a conductor.
ShieldOptional.
CoveringOptional. FEP, PFA, 0.005 in. or heavier or PTFE (extruded or tape wrapped) 0.005 in. or heavier.
BraidOptional. silicone impregnated glass braid 0.015 in. thick.

UseInternal Wiring of Appliances. In addition the tag may also indicate the following: Suitable for immersion in gasoline; gasoline vapor; 80 deg C in oil; and/or 600 V Peak for electronic use only. Wires employing Litz conductors shall be plainly marked on the tag or reel as follows: "Litz conductors are manufactured using solderable magnet wire."
