Conductor | A copper alloy heater wire shall be flattened and wrapped spirally for minimum of 38 turns per inch on a glass yarn core. The core and conductor are then insulated with two extruded walls of nylon avg. thickness of 4 mils. Over the nylon a copper alloy wire, flattened, shall be wrapped spirally for a minimum of 27 turns per inch. |
