Rating60 deg C, 300 Vac (Jacket), VW-1 flame.
Conductor26 AWG - 20 AWG copper-clad steel, or copper alloy, bare tinned or silver coated.
InsulationPE, 25 mils min average, 22 mils minimum at any point.
AssemblyOver the conductor shall be applied a spiral wrap of non-flame-retardant polyethylene thread, 25 mils min. avg. in diameter, approximately 0.375 in. between turns. This assembly shall be enclosed with a non-flame-retard- ant polyethylene tube having an approximately 25 mil min avg. wall.
ShieldA shield over the nylon covered tube shall consist of a bare or tinned copper braid or a wrap of aluminum faced mylar tape with a parallel uninsulated drain wire.
CoveringOptional. Extruded nylon covering, 3 mils min. avg., 2 mils minimum at any point may be applied over the tube.
JacketPVC, 25 mils min average, 23 mils minimum at any point.
