Conductor | Flat, Bare copper. Width variable from 500-1500 mils. Thickness variable from 8-25 mils. |
|
Insulation | Non-extruded, PET, 4 mils min average. |

Assembly | Consists of two layers of oriented polyethylene terephthalate tape; each layer backed with a 1 mil polyester adhesive. The first layer of tape, 1 mil thick, is longitudinally applied over the conductor, leaving an approximate 0.0625 inch spacing between the edges of the tape. The second layer of tape, 2 mils thick, is then longitudinally applied over the first layer, approximately centered over the spacing formed by the first tape and leaving an approximate 0.0625 inch spacing between the edges of the tape. Conductors shall be parallel. |
