Style 1906 Heating Wire.

Rating75 deg C, 125 Vac, Horizontal flame.
Conductor(1-7 strands of hard drawn copper or copper alloy Resistance Wire) resistance wire, each 40 thru 30 AWG, wound 15-35 turns per inch on a rayon, cotton, figerglass or tetron yarn core. Wires may be flattened.
Covering (Plastic Thermo-senser)Extruded PVC or Polyamid, 2 mils minimum thickness at any point.
Outer conductor (Senser Wire)40-30 AWG flattened hard drawn copper or nickel wire wound 10-55 turns per inch around above conductor assembly with covering.
Contamination BarrierOptional - A longitudinally applied wrap of 0.5 mil or Barrier heavier Polyester tape.
InsulationPVC, 20 mils min average, 18 mils minimum thickness at any point.
StandardAppliance Wiring Material UL 758.
MarkingGeneral.
UseIn Electrically Heated Blankets or Heating Pads where exposed to temperatures not exceeding 75 deg C.
