InsulationExtruded PVC, 15 mils minimum average thickness, 13 mils minimum thickness at any point. Center conductor - extruded PVC. Other conductor - not insulated.
AssemblyThe uninsulated conductor is either laid parallel or twisted with the insulated conductor and jacket is extruded over the assembly.
