AssemblyInsulated singles laid parallel to form flat cable. One or two layer spiral tape wrap using above material with minimum 50 percent overlap 5 mils minimum insulation thickness at any point. Insulated conductor is built with shield (optional), inner jacket, outer jacket (optional).
ShieldOptional - Drain Wires may be embedded in web of jacket in physical contact with shields.
JacketExtruded PVC, 7 mils min average. Jacket may form web 0.5 inch maximum width. (Optional outer jacket) Extruded PVC, 7 mils minimum at any point.
