Style 20232 Multiple-conductor cable using non-integral jacket

Rating150 deg C, 30 Vac, Cable flame, Optional - Oil Resistant 80 deg C.

AssemblyTwo or more individually insulated conductors or groups of insulated conductors cabled together. All conductors in any group twisted together. If more than one group is used, groups shall also be twisted together. The length of lay of the twisted conductors or groups is not specified. Optional Fillers may be employed. A barrier layer, if employed, may be a fibrous wrap serving, or braid; paper; nylon; oriented polyethylene terephthalate; or thermoplastic-tape wrap. Such a barrier would serve to protect the cable during further processing and would be applied immediately over the twisted assembly of individual conductors or groups of conductors. The designations of all styles of individual conductors used in making up the cable assembly shall be available.
