Conductor36 AWG - 22 AWG solid or stranded round.
InsulationExtruded PTFE, Extruded TFE, 3 mils minimum average thickness, 2 mils minimum thickness at any point; or flat cable complying with Manufacturer's AWM Procedure.
AssemblyTwo through eighty conductors laid parallel and in one plane. Adjacent ground conductors may touch. Optional, Two to six conductor groups may be laid parallel on top of each other. Insulation is built with a separator (optional), insulate, inner barrier layer (optional), shield (optional) and outer barrier layer (optional).
ShieldOptional.
CoveringInner layer (optional), expanded PTFE or polyester tape between insulated conductors and shield. Outer barrier (optional), expanded PTFE or polyester tape.
