Rating60, 90 deg C, 600 Vac, Horizontal flame, Moisture Resistant 60 deg. C.
ConductorResistance Wire. Nickel, Copper Alloy or Copper, size varies - dependent upon wattage demand.
InsulationExtruded PVC, 30 mils min average, 27 mils minimum at any point. R/C QMTT2 rated for type TW, THW or THWN compound, for 60 deg. C Wet, also suitable for use at 90 deg. C in air.
AssemblyConsists of two conductors described above laid flat with an overall shield and jacket.
ShieldCopper braid consisting of bare copper. Combination of strand size and number of strands such that braid is equivalent to 18 AWG.
CoveringOptional. Extruded nylon, thickness 3 mils, plus or minus 1 mil.
JacketExtruded PVC, 20 mils min average, 16 mils minimum at any point.
