ConductorFor used in miniature coxial cable assembly - Three of 73 ohm (26 AWG copper-clad steel); For all conductors except miniature coxial cable assembly - Seven with 24 AWG (16 strands 36 AWG copper), two of 20 AWG (26 strands 34 AWG copper) and two of 18 AWG (41 strands 34 AWG copper).
InsulationFor all conductors except miniature coxial cable assembly - Extruded PVC, 30 mils minimum average thickness, 27 mils minimum thickness at any point. For used in miniature coxial cable assembly - Extruded PE, 38 mils minimum average thickness, 34 mils minimum thickness at any point.
AssemblyTotally fourteen Conductors. Coaxial cables assembly in center and the other eleven wrapped around it with a lay of 5 to 6 inches. Fillers as required to round out the cable. For all conductors except coaxial cable assembly - Extruded PVC Insulated Singles as specified in Conductor and Insulation sections. For coaxial cable assembly - Extruded PE Insulated Singles as specified in Conductor and Insulation sections, provided with a shield as specified in Shield section over insulations, and inner jacketed by Extruded PVC as specificed in Jacket section.
