Style 21067 Multiple-conductor cable using non-integral jacket

Conductor12 AWG, 1 AWG stranded, tinned or bare copper. Inner Conductor - 12 AWG consists of twenty-two bundled wires with a minimum diameter of 5.8 mm. Each bundle consists of thirty-six strands of 0.07 mm diameter. Outer Conductor - 1 AWG consists of thirty bundled wires. Each bundle consists of 129 strands of 0.05 mm diameter.
InsulationInner - TPE(THERMOPLASTIC ELASTOMER) 15 mils min average, 13 mils minimum at any point. Outer - same as inner, also can use PVC.
AssemblyTwo conductors. Inner conductor served around a solid PVC filler then with first tape, inner insulation, outer conductor served over the insulation, second tape, outer insulation, optional inner shield, third tape, inner jacket, optional outer shield, optional fourth tape and overall outer jacket.
ShieldInner and outer shield - (Optional) Applied over the core with a minimum 85% coverage.
JacketInner - TPE, or optional PVC 15 mils min average, 13 mils min at any point. Outer - PUR(POLYURETHANE) 45 mils min average, 36 mils minimum at any point.
Misc.First, second, third and fourth tape - PTFE 2 mils thick. Fourth tape is optional.
