Style 21105 Multiconductor Cable with Non-Integral Jacket.

Rating200 deg C, 1000 Vac, Horizontal flame.
Conductor40 AWG - 15 AWG solid or stranded round. Or Litz cable magnet wire, R/C (OBMW2) magnet wire rated at minimum 200 C. Each single magnet wire strand is cabled together with other magnet wire strands to form a conductor. AWG size to be determined by the Resistance Test.
InsulationFEP, 9 mils min average, 8 mils min at any point.
AssemblyTwo or more insulated singles in any combination may be twisted together to form flat, oval or round cable. Lay not specified. A barrier layer and/or fillers are optional. Each single magnet wire strand is cabled together with other magnet wire strands to form a conductor. AWG size to be determined by the Resistance Test. For insulation, if is three layers, 3 mils min average; two layers, 4.5 mils min averag. Manufacturer shall maintain a complete description of each assembly. May use same or mixed AWG sizes.

BraidOptional. Silicone impregnated glass braid 0.015 in. thick.
JacketExtruded FEP, 10 mils min average thickness, 8 mils minimum thickness at any point.

UseInternal wiring of appliances. Wires employing Litz conductors shall be plainly marked on the tag or reel as follows: "Litz conductors are manufactured using solderable magnet wire."
