Conductor

18 AWG - 16 AWG consisting of 36-34 AWG, soft-annealed copper flexible stranding.

Insulation

Labeled or complying with manufacturer's AWM Procedure employing FEP, 20 mils min average, 18 mils minimum at any point. See Facing Page for Compound.

Assembly

Two individually insulated conductors; One acceptable in addition to two circuit conductors but not in addition to three circuit conductors.

Jacket

FEP, 10 mils min average, 8 mils minimum at any point. See Facing Page for Compound.

Marking

General.

Use	Similar to Type SPT-2 for Portable Electric Lamps. The final Acceptance is dependent on its installation and use in or with complete equipment submitted to Underwriters Laboratories Inc.
