InsulationOn all but coaxial cables insulation shall be a nominal 30 mil wall PVC. Two of the coaxial cables shall have a 60 mil wall polyethylene and the third a 45 mil wall polyethylene. The coaxial cables shall be provided with a spiral wrap shield of tinned copper strands and jacketed with a 30 mil wall of PVC.
AssemblyFifteen conductors. Four ropes of twisted conductors (see facing page) and the three coaxial cables shall be laid parallel and the jacket applied overall. Maximum finished cable size shall be 1.75 inch by 0.355 in.
ShieldOptional.
JacketPVC, 30 mils min average, 24 mils minimum at any point. The surface of the jacket shall be smooth and free of ridges, valleys and other imperfections.
