Style 2420 Multiple-conductor cable using non-integral jacket

Rating60 deg C, 300 Vac, FT2 flame.
Conductor22 AWG - 18 AWG solid or stranded round, tinned or bare copper. A and B--22 AWG and C and D--18 AWG, drain wire 20 AWG, each consisting of 30 AWG tinned copper strands.
InsulationPE, 30 mils min average, 27 mils minimum at any point. Same as for Type SJT cord for conductors C and D. For conductors A and B, 30 mil polyethylene.
AssemblyFour conductors. The shielded group of conductors is twisted together with conductors C and D and fillers, and a wrap of cotton, paper tape, or Polyester tape is applied.
ShieldConductive cotton wrap applied helically over twisted assembly of drain wire, fillers, and conductors A and B. In lieu of the conductive cotton wrap, one of the following shielding tapes may be employed. Laminated tape, consisting of 0.00035 in. aluminum foil, 0.001 in. "Polyester" tape, 0.00035 in. aluminum foil. Laminated tape, consisting of 0.00035 in. aluminum foil, 0.0005 or 0.001 or 0.002 in. "Polyester" tape. Laminated tape, consisting of 0.00035 in. aluminum foil, No. 150 1/0 fiberglas yarn reinforcement, 0.0005 in. "Polyester" tape.
