Conductor

30 AWG - 24 AWG solid or stranded round, tinned or bare copper.

Insulation

PVC, Insulation minimum thickness; backing layer 0.006 in.; intermediate layer 0.010 in.; top layer 0.006 in. Top layer forms ridges over conductors. Total thickness 0.040 in. minimum.

Assembly

Eight to seventy-five conductors laid parallel, spaced 0.025 in. minimum on centers. One end conductor or both may be in electrical contact with ground plane. Ground Plane. Expanded copper, thickness 0.003 in. minimum.
