			AssemblyTwenty-nine conductors, in each layer, are laid parallel to each other at a nominal distance of 0.165 in. center to center. Two 18 AWG on one edge and four 18 AWG on the other edge of each layer. Twenty-three 20 AWG located between the two groups 18 AWG wires in each layer. A total of 58 conductors. The jacket is applied over the insulated conductor. The two layers are placed back to back with a nominal 0.030 in. thick layer of adhesive between the two layers. The entire assembly is approximately 5 in. wide with an over-all thickness of approximately 0.330 in.
