AssemblyMulti conductors. A. One, coaxial cable similar to Style 1354, except overall covering is a full cotton serve. B. One 18 AWG stranded Labelled Style 1007. C. One 18 AWG stranded Labelled Style 1017. D. Four 24 AWG stranded Labelled Style 1011, twisted together, over them a full cotton serve, with .031" nominal wall PVC jacket over this assembly. E. Seven 24 AWG stranded Labelled Style 1007, twisted together, around the 18 AWG Labelled 1007 conductor with a braided copper shield over the cabled Labelled conductors, a full cotton serve overall. F. Four No.24 AWG stranded, employing 15 mil wall of "FR-Poly" insulation, twisted together with a braided copper shield over the cabled conductors, a full cotton serve overall. Assembly Fillers may be used in the cable but are not required. The length of lay of the individual conductors or groups of conductors not specified. A barrier layer may be employed, such as a fibrous wrap, serving or braid.
Shield(Optional) 36-30 AWG tinned or untinned copper applied as a wrap of braid or a wrap of aluminum-faced Polyester tape. An uninsulated drain wire may be used. The shield may be over one or more of the insulated conductors or applied between the conductor assembly and the optional covering.
