Insulated Wire.

Rating

150 deg C, 300 Vac, Horizontal flame.

Conductor

28 AWG or larger, solid or stranded, Resistance Wire Alloy. A glass braid spacer shall be applied over the conductor Assembly.

Insulation

Silicone Rubber, nominal 1/32 inch (not a requirement), 30 mils min average, 27 mils minimum at any point.

Covering

Same as for Type SF-2 Fixture Wire.

Standard

Appliance Wiring Material UL 758.

Marking

General.

Use	For use only as Refrigerator Defrost Heater Wire where not subjected to flexing or motion.
