105 deg C, 90 Vac Horizontal flame.

Conductor

44 AWG - 24 AWG, solid or stranded round.

Insulation

XLPE, 3 mils minimum average thickness, 2 mils minimum thickness at any point, 9 mils minimum distance between conductors.

Assembly

Flat cable employing 2 - 100 conductors, insulation extruded simultaneously over conductors laid parallel, non-separable construction.

Shield

Optional. Metal clad PET tape laminated on either or both major axis side of flat cable core with polyester adhesive.

Covering

Metal clad PET tape. Wrapped longitudinally and sealed by polyester adhesive. Minimum 0.8 mils for composite covering thickness.
