Style 5458 Multiple-conductor cable using non-integral jacket

Rating80 deg C, -40 deg C, 30 Vac, Horizontal flame.
Conductor36 AWG - 16 AWG min. solid or stranded round, tinned or bare copper.
InsulationLabeled or complying with manufacturer's AWM procedure.
AssemblyTwo or more singles, twisted pairs or groups of twisted singles, twisted together. In addition a hollow FEP tube may be cabled with the insulated singles. The singles or groups of singles may be laid parallel forming flat, oval, or round cable. Lay not specified. A barrier layer and/or fillers are optional. Manufacturer shall maintain a complete description of each assembly. May use same or mixed AWG size.
Covering(Optional) A 2 mils or heavier PTFE Tape may be applied over the conductor assembly or groups of conductors.
